EACT OFFICE RE-OPENING PHASE ONE
Dear EACT Patients and Medical Colleagues:
First and foremost, we hope and pray that you and your families all are staying safe and healthy during these extraordinary times.
We want you all to know that we will continue to provide care for both new and established patients. Effective immediately, we will slowly be seeing select patients in the office for in-person medical visits. For higher risk patients, we will continue to provide TELEHEALTH visits via MYCHART, DOXIMITY, and other virtual platforms.
Rest assured that we are following all COVID-related precautions as mandated by the State of CT, with additional safety measures in place. To avoid the waiting room, patients may wait in their cars and/or outside but PLEASE CALL TO ANNOUNCE YOUR ARRIVAL. Upon arrival, ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR SELF-PROVIDED MASKS. When entering the office, you will complete a COVID screening questionnaire and your temperature may be taken to ensure that you are safe to enter.
Patient rooms - including doorknobs and chairs - will be cleaned and sanitized between EVERY patient, and hand sanitizer will be available. All staff and clinicians will wear a mask during all patient contacts.
For our patients, we now ask the following:
