Endocrine Associates of Connecticut (EACT) is very pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Agnieszka Grochowalska to the EACT fold.

Dr. Grochowalska was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. She and her family emigrated to the United States in 1995. In 2002, Dr. Grochowalska graduated from Duke University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Art History. She then attended the New York University School of Medicine, where she earned her MD degree in 2006. In 2009, Dr. Grochowalska completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she also completed a two-year fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, & Metabolism in 2011. Dr. Grochowalska is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

Between 2011 and 2017, Dr. Grochowalska worked as a full-time clinical Endocrinologist at PriMed Physicians (and Yale New Haven Health) in Trumbull, Connecticut. We are grateful that life circumstances have attracted Dr. G and her family to the Connecticut shoreline.

Starting in November 2017, Dr. Grochowalska will be accepting new patients in our Branford office.

Endocrine Associates of Connecticut is an endocrinology practice based in Hamden and Branford, Connecticut. Our practice includes specialists Dr. Adam Mayerson, Dr. Philip Goldberg, Dr. Surani Fernando, Dr. Kai Yang, Dr. Irina Rosewater, Dr. Jean Henry, Dr. Kayla Cunningham, Karen Moriarty, APRN, CDE and Laurel Brandon, APRN

Our specialties include General Endocrinology & Metabolism, Diabetes Mellitus, Lipid Disorders, Pituitary Disorders, Thyroid Disorders, Adrenal Disorders, Calcium Disorders, and Osteoporosis. Appointments are available in both the Hamden and Branford offices.
