Important Announcement:

On Friday, April 26, 2013, Dr. Christine Signore will be leaving the Branford office of Endocrine Associates of Connecticut. She has accepted a new part-time hospital position closer to her home and family.

During her time with us at EACT, Dr. Signore has been a superb clinician, a valued colleague, and a good friend. We will miss her greatly, and we wish her great success in her new position.

Please rest assured that Philip Goldberg MD, Jean Henry MD, and Kristiane Proto APRN will continue to care for Dr. Signore’s established Endocrine patients. We are conducting an active search for her replacement.
